At The Porch Swing Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor relaxation experience. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack the item securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated return center, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
